2016 Texas Coast CFC Management - PCFO Application Period

The Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) of the Texas Coast Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is soliciting applications from federated groups, charitable organizations or a combination thereof, interested in being considered to serve as the Principal Combined Fund Organization (PCFO) for 2016. The Texas Coast CFC includes Federal employees in Aransas, Austin, Bee, Bolivar Peninsula, Brazoria, Brazos, Brooks, Burleson, Calhoun , Colorado, De Witt, Fort Bend, Galveston Island, Goliad, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jefferson, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kenedy, Kleberg, Lavaca, Leon, Liberty,  Live Oak, Madison, Mainland Galveston, Matagorda, Montgomery, Nueces, Polk, Robertson, Refugio, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Victoria, Waller, Walker, Washington, and Wharton Counties. 
The primary responsibility of the PCFO is to support the federal government in managing a comprehensive local workplace fundraising campaign while ensuring the fiscal integrity, management, accountability, and transparency of the process. A primary goal of the PCFO is to conduct an effective and efficient campaign in a fair and even-handed manner.
CFC Regulations, which include PCFO responsibilities, can be found in Title 5, Part 950 of the Code of Federal Regulations (5 CFR 950).
All submissions for consideration must be sent in hard-copy and electronic formats with postmarked and email time-stamps dated no later than February 10, 2016 to:
